1. What will I receive in my package?
In your LEGION Paris package you will receive the jewelry you ordered, individually protected in its branded box, and a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing the provenance and composition of your jewelry. Everything will be carefully packaged and protected in an anonymous white box.
2. What are the shipping costs ?
Shipping is free for any order on our website to all destinations in the world, with no minimum order.
3. Where do you deliver ?
LEGION Paris ships worldwide. Wherever you are, your LEGION Paris jewelry will find you.
4. How do I track my order?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.
5. What are the supported payment methods?
LEGION Paris currently supports the following payment methods:
- Master Card
- American Express
- LEGION Paris dark Card
If you are more comfortable with bank transfers, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the product and the desired size. We will send you our IBAN so that you can make a transfer. We will process your order once the money has been transferred.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed very quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. For further assistance, please contact us at email@example.com. Provide the order details for further assistance.
7. What is the delay between the time I place an order and when I receive my package?
Each product is handmade to order in our Parisian workshop. We do not have any jewelry in stock. This is why it will take between 15 days and 3 weeks between the moment you place an order and the day your package is sent.
8. How to take my finger size?
You will find on each product page a ringsizer and an international size chart to download. Be careful to print it 100% scale. All you need to do is follow the directions written on it.
9. If the jewelry I ordered does not please me, can I return it and be refunded?
All LEGION Paris jewelry is handmade to order especially for you based on your specifications and size. This is the reason why we cannot accept any return due to customer or change of mind on these products.

10. I receive damaged jewelry, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear this and apologize. Please contact us upon receipt of your product at the following address: email@example.com so that we find a solution. We will study together what happened and what we can do for you to be fully satisfied.
11. What if I ordered the wrong size?
You can always return your ring or bracelet for us to resize it. But the rings being all different, the cost of the resizing can vary from one model to another.

Shipping costs are back and forth your responsibility.
PRODUCT AND CARE
12. How to take care of my jewelry?
Avoid all contact with water, perfume and solvents. Precious metal jewelry has to be put in a box as soon as it is not worn in order to be protected from light and moisture. You can clean it to make it regain its brilliance with a soft cloth.
13. Can my jewelry be repaired?
Of course your piece of jewelry can be returned to us for any repair in our workshop in Paris. Contact us at email@example.com so that we can study together the procedure and the cost of the repair. It is advisable not to entrust LEGION Paris jewelry to another jeweler who could have doubts about its mode of manufacture or not be experienced for this special kind of products.
14. My black silver jewel has lost its blackness, what can I do?
Black silver will evolve, the treatment will fade in some places, revealing the brilliance of untreated silver. If you don't like it, we can restore its original oxidation very easily. Please send it back to our workshop and we will oxidize it as if you had just bought it. Shipping costs are however your responsibility and we will charge 15 € fee for the new oxidation.
15. My black gold jewel has lost its blackness, what can I do?
Black gold will evolve, the treatment will fade in some places, revealing the brilliance of untreated gold. If you don't like it, we can restore its original dark color very easily. Please send it back to our workshop and we will blacken it as if you had just bought it. Shipping costs are however your responsibility and we will charge 75€ fee for the new black rhodium treatment.
16. How to buy a LEGION Paris Gift Card?
Just go to the « OBJECTS » section of our site. You will find a "DARK CARD" which is actually our gift card system. You will have the choice between several amounts between 100 and 800 euros.
Within a maximum of 24h after purchase, you will receive an email from us giving you access to a code created especially for you so that you (or the person of your choice) can use it on our website. Be careful, each code can only be used once for a single order. We do not refund the difference.
You can also come to our boutique to use your gift card, we are located at 6 rue Bochart de Saron 75009 PARIS, France.
17. What is the validity period of the Legion Gift Card?
Your LEGION Paris gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
18. Can I be refunded the remaining balance on my gift card?
Unfortunately each card is valid only once on an order and we do not refund the remaining balance on your card.
19. Can I use my gift card on the whole collection?
Of course !
20. Do you offer an engraving service?
Yes, we offer a personalized engraving service. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can discuss together the possibility and the price depending on the engraving requested.
21. How can I see your jewelry before I decide?
